Hi,
I already did this process:
1) Download POEdit https://poedit.net/
2) Download your language file from your ftp atelier/languages/en_EN.po
3) Search through your strings and amend the translations. Save your file as th_TH.po for Thai.
4) When finished, click File => Compile to MO.
5) Upload your new language files BOTH th_TH.po and th_TH.mo to the folder atelier/languages/But the strings that I translated into Thai does not appear in any pages (such as in My Account page), despite that I already changed WP site language into Thai.
In the attached screenshot, all of English language string are translated into Thai but not shown.
How can I activate Thai langauge?
Thanks,

Please deactivate all translation related plugin and check. Which editor/sofware was used by you to create the translation file.
Thanks
MohammadDecember 22, 2015 at 5:17 am #237002Hi,
1. I use POEdit to create translation file.
2. I install only one translation-related plugin — Loco Translate. I deactivated it, but the translated Atelier theme remains inactive.
I still see my account page not translated.3. All I have done in the translation related is the activation and installation of WP and Woocommerce Thai edition.
Best,
SitthipornDecember 22, 2015 at 10:48 am #237024Hi,
Please change the POEDIT software encoding to UTF-8 and generate all files again. Hope it should help to you.
Thanks
MohammadDecember 22, 2015 at 2:27 pm #237075Hi,
In fact, UTF-8 charset is already set in the translation property. No need for us to change it.
I only changed language from Eng to Thai (Thailand) as shown in the attached screenshort.
But, after doing it, the problem remains the same.

After saving your updated .po file – did you complete this step: 4) When finished, click File => Compile to MO.
– Please confirm you have uploaded both .po and .mo files to
atelier/languages
– Please confirm also you have changed your site’s language settings: Dashboard => Settings => General => Site Language => Choose your languageThanks.
