Hi – Is there a way to display the Category in the Blog Post Carousel?

(basically the news is split into different locations and I want the Category to show up below the title of each blog extract on the homepage)

I am not a PHP wizard so step by step guide would be appreciated.

Hi Gary,

This is an advanced customization that theme support cannot cover, but here are some pointers:

You would need to edit: pinpoint\includes\page-builder\composer\lib\shortcodes\posts-carousel.php

Use the get_the_category() function to get the category name and link and store those in variables; then use them on line 168 in that file.
