Cart and Checkout page appearance

Hi i want to change appearance of cart and checkout page
Cart page now looks like this:

and i want to change it to look like this

I want this left element with heading “twoje zamowienie” to be narrower and this right element “Podsumowanie koszyka” to be wider.
In the Podsumowanie koszyka i want this list in “wysyłka” to be align left like in the provided screen
In checkout:
The same thing with the List in “Wysyłka” element
now it looks like this:
and i want it to looks like this:
If it’s something simple and you can do it please help me, if not tell me in which file i can modify appearance of this two sites.

Unfortunately that customisation is beyond our scope of support as it is more work than a small customisation.

We only provide support for theme issues, and at times basic customisations. While we’d love to be able to support every customisation request, we simply don’t have the time. We recommend that you seek a freelance developer.

The file you would edit would be located in woocommerce/checkout and style.css.
