Carousel problem and iphone browser crash

Hi,

We launched our website this morning but unfortunately have two major issues left that need your help with.

1-Top Carousel under revolution slider does not show product name and prices when home page is initially loaded. If browser window is resized it then shows it properly. We see this regardless of browser we us on desktop/laptop. We do not see this with mobile browser/ipad.

2-Loading of page is glitchy and scrolling down the page past top carousel (after revolution slider has loaded) causes iphone browsers (safari and chrome) to crash.

sorry i’ve tried on many iphone 5 with ios7 and ipad 2nd 3th and 4th alsa with ios7 and iphone 4s and it doesn’t work! crash everytime on chrome or safari

It seems you’re on v1.3.1, and the latest version is v1.3.4, please can you update via Appearance > Themes and let us know if you still have the issues?

Never mind. The issue is resolved. I didn’t realize that there was such a thing as too large of an image …
