    The update I downloaded is 2.0.2. Is this a mistake or the wrong update?

    Hi,

    Just a heads up. I had the same problem again and after talking with BlueHost I found out that my PHP version was 5.2 which is causing a lot of problems with WordPress. I upgraded to 5.4 and the upgrade worked.
