Can't Upload Images

Hi!

I updatet to the new wordpress version, and now my media upload doesn’t work anymore. Can’t upload any images. I get this Message:

“When uploading an error has occurred . Try again later.”

I googled a lot, i have the newest php version etc.

Can you please test this using Twenty15, please activate it and do a test upload – what is the result?

Hi,

There is nothing in the theme that would alter this behaviour.

Can you disable all plugins and re-test?

Please also ask your host if imagemagick is enabled or disabled.

Hi there, the problem still exists, i don’t know what i can do now, i need to upload new product images but it doesn’t work.

now i get this message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 78643200 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/.sites/31/site5109558/web/wp-includes/media.php on line 2743

Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

I’ve added this line, still the same error-message if i upload any images. If i upload an .pdf file it work’s !?

Hi,

I have corrected your wp-config.php – please re-test the upload.

Please also attach here the image you are testing uploading here so I can also test this.

Thanks – the above fix should have worked, unless your host has limited your upload limit.

Whilst I test that image, please report this error to your hosting provider “Allowed memory size of 78643200 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes)” and ask if they can increase your memory limit so you can upload large images.
