Hi,
I’ve been trying all day to add a swf banner to my site but it wont work. I had a .swf banner working alright before (you can still see it working here: http://www.claneco.com/cl/vida-sana/ (at the end of the sidebar, the one with the bird).
But i’ve trying to add a new one… from this url: http://www.claneco.com/cl/wp-content/themes/claneco/banners/300×250.swf
The working one url: http://www.claneco.com/cl/wp-content/themes/claneco/banners/230×230.swf
What I did was to replicate the working code but changing the swf url and the height-width values. But it just dont work at all. I even tried to add the code to anywhere in the theme but it just wont work… what am I doing wrong?, please, I really need help with this.
The code for the working one is:
<code><script src=”http://www.claneco.cl/cl/wp-content/themes/claneco/banners/swfobject_modified.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>
<object classid=”clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000″ width=”230″ height=”230″ id=”FlashID” title=”banner230″>
<param name=”movie” value=”http://www.claneco.com/cl/wp-content/themes/claneco/banners/230×230.swf” />
<param name=”quality” value=”high” />
<param name=”wmode” value=”transparent” />
<param name=”swfversion” value=”6.0.65.0″ />
<!–[if !IE]>–>
<object type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” data=”http://www.claneco.com/cl/wp-content/themes/claneco/banners/230×230.swf” width=”230″ height=”230″>
<!–<![endif]–>
<param name=”quality” value=”high” />
<param name=”wmode” value=”transparent” />
<param name=”swfversion” value=”6.0.65.0″ />
<!–[if !IE]>–>
</object>
<!–<![endif]–>
</object>
</object>
<script type=”text/javascript”>
swfobject.registerObject(“FlashID”);
</script></code>

While we can’t assist with customizations, can you please let me know where you’re pasting that code?

I’ve tried removing one of your script calls in the second widget, but I still get errors with swfobject.
