I have bought and installed Cardinal but cannot install WooCommerce, it says destination folder already exists so plugin install failed. But I keep being asked to install it. Can you help please?

    Hi

Go to plugins and check that you don’t already have it installed. If it’s not in the list, then use FTP and go to wp-content/plugins and remove the woocommerce folder

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, for e.g. FileZilla. Either that or you can use cPanel if you have it on your hosting

    Hi,

Try to upload the plugin files directly to the plugins directory.
