I am working on a new Cardinal based site and am noticing a difference in the recent update. It would seem there is some kind of caching taking place even though I have no caching set for the site.

I am working with a child theme and updating CSS. Before a recent update these CSS changes showed up immediately. Recently the CSS changes take a while to show up.

If you have added a new cache routine is it possible to turn it off during development?

Hi,

No, we don’t interact with cache. That’s plugin area.
check it it wasn’t installed any cache mechanism automatically by your hosting.
