BWP Minify

Apparently we have BWP minify active, but the makers of our pop-up plug in say:
I am seeing a caching issue which is distorting the popup. The BWP minify plugin is causing the conflict and I would recommend clearing that cache and also re-evaluating why this is in place as it may continue to cause issues with any changes you have.

Can you help us understand:
1. is BWP minify necessary
2. and how to clear the cache?

This is not related to the theme. That is a plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/, any queries please contact the plugin support.

Allows you to combine and minify your CSS and JS files to improve page load time.

Just my 2cents, BWP minify has loads of issues, I faced hell with BWP minify. I would suggest Autoptimize – https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/

Its much cleaner and has way better options, never faced any issues with it. Also, it works as it says.
