Hi I have noticed a bug, when using quick view on a simple product and you click add to cart button, the animation spins but then nothing adds to the cart. It works ok on variable products.
thanks

I have added various products to the cart from the quickview, can you clear your cache and re-test.
What specific product do you experience this with?
Thanks.

May 9, 2016 at 10:28 am #266092Hi David, generally on simple products.
Also, I updated the quickview plugin this morning, and now the button has vanished… See attached.
thanks.

– the cart slide out button is broken, it just takes you straight to the cart page.
– the hamburger menu does not work at all.
– the page elements on the product page are broken, see attached images, the image slider and tabs are all broken. Please advise?
thanks

1) Please activate the Quick View plugin: https://www.supereight.net/wp/wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins
2) The mobile issues are likely due to the device cache needing clearing or you may need to clear the WP Rocket cache.
Thanks.
May 10, 2016 at 12:28 pm #266435Hi I cleared the cache before I opened this ticket…
I just tried again clearing WP Rocket and Mobile browser cache and the the problem is the same.
Please can you have a look for your self? I have left the plugin activated for now, but only for a little while as this is a live site.
thanks.
May 11, 2016 at 11:23 am #266767Yesterday and today when I view your site, I see no issues apart from the QuickView plugin which needs activating.
– You may need to re-save the Quickview plugin settings. When the plugin is activated, what do you see? Please add a screenshot.
Are your display issues isolated to mobile only? If so, what device do you have?
– I can no longer login in with any of the above details.
Thanks.
