Broken variations in WP4.4 plus latest Woo 2.4.12

Hello, i am getting a variation error on almost every single product i have in the store, i have done some reading and it is quite possible its a woo/theme error, i have done a status report and found the following.

neighborhood/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,
neighborhood/woocommerce/single-product/meta.php,
neighborhood-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 2.0.3 is out of date. The core version is 2.0.14,
neighborhood/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php,

To replicate this error please go into any product and then VIEW PRODUCT to see the Chrome popup saying combination is incorrect. I need to resolve this issue.

Have you made any modification to the core theme files?

Please activate Twenty15, refresh your product page – does this still happen?
