    Can we get rid of the boxes on and around the numbers on the footer? Just keep the list of numbers.

    You can use this custom css:

    .pagination-wrap li span.current, .pagination-wrap li a {
border: none!important;
}

    Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS => Here put this code and update options

    nav.woocommerce-pagination ul li{border:none}
