    Hello,

    I’m using booking ultra pro for one of my websites and the available booking slots do not appear. I am not sure if there’s something I should contact the plugin support or if it is on your side.

    Any help?

    Hi Eleni,

    Due the large amount of available plugins to WordPress it’s almost impossible to guarantee they all work due to varying levels of coding standards.

    Please enable Twenty16. Does the issue remain?

    Hi,

    If you don’t have it already(maybe you have Twenty 17) just add a new theme and search for “Twenty sixteen or twenty seventeen.

    Those are the official themes that come with WordPress(twenty 17 is the latest one)

    When Twenty17 theme is active, does the issue persist?

    As the issue persists, you will need to contact the plugins developers support as this indicates an issue with the plugin itself and not the theme.
