    Normally, the blog title can be found below the featured image or below the slider. (See example #1), but the blog title of the neighborhood theme is on the top, in fact it’s not even a ‘blog title’ but a ‘page title’

    Is there a reason why?

    I know its possible to remove the blog title. But my question is this:

    Please open to edit single.php file of neighborhood theme.

    Find this code:-
<div class="inner-page-wrap <?php echo $page_wrap_class; ?> clearfix">

Change with:-
<h1><?php the_title(); ?></h1>
<div class="inner-page-wrap <?php echo $page_wrap_class; ?> clearfix">
