    Hello

    I would like to create a home page similar to this http://www.skype.com/en/ but without the video, just with a still image and text.

    How can I acomplish this with this theme? I don’t want a slider, just a big still image

    Hi,

    You should use Revolution Slider with only 1 slide.

    I do not like how it looks with rev slider. It also takes a while to load. Is there any other way to do it?

    You can remove loading time through slider settings easily.

    How do I remove the loader?
    If I don’t want to use the slider, is there a way to do it just with a image?
