Atelier_v2.4.34

Hi guys,

I noticed you have 2.4.34 available. Silly question but here it goes…

There does not seem to be any way to automatically update from the WordPress panel. I am running a child theme and not sure what I need to do for the update.

– Do I need to manually update by uploading the new version? If so, do I upload the main theme version or the child theme? I am guessing that either of these options will mean deleting the current version first?

Sorry for sounding like a dumb ass… just want to be sure before attempting this.

Hi Rui,

I got an email this morning from Theme Forest (Envato Market) notifying me there is an update to be downloaded for Atelier (See the screen grab attached). I proceed to download the new version, unzipped the file and it says it is v2.4.34 (see attached screen grab of the downloaded folder).

So it looks like there is an update by you guys or have Theme Forest got this completely wrong? I thought it was strange due to there being no way of doing the update via WordPress backend.

Well just confirmed that he sent it to Themeforest and will send in a while the files to the auto update so you can install the TF zip or wait a couple hours and update in the dashboard.

Will this new Atelier update mean its safe to run WooCommerce 3.0.4? I have been holding fire and still running 3.0.3.

no, I’m referring that version v2.4.34 it is still not registering in the WP dash to run the automatic update. Usually once a new theme update is available there is a prompt to run the update.
