Hi,

I have found that this theme crashes on Internet explorer 11.
Tested on 2 Pcs running windows 7.

(Not just my version but the demo version as well – attached screen shot)

Help!

I had no problem, maybe some additional software conflicting. Try to clear the cache.

Really strange. That’s a real or a virtual machine?
Mine is real with Windows 7 and IE11.

Hi,

Mine are real – I thought it might be my laptop because this is a mac running windows 7
So thought I would try My Work PC to see if its still there. My work PC is a ‘normal’ Windows 7. (Both are 64bit Machines)

Just one thing. I’m not getting that error on both sites. The only difference I see is that my machine is 32bit.

@MINIQUEPLANET Is it your machine 64 bit? Can you test on a 32bit machine?

@designward can you test in a 32bit machine?

I think this may be a specific error that is related to the Os version

My machine is 64bit.
Also other PC was same crash. (win7 32bit, win8.1 32bit, 64bit)
but some machine was not getting error.

please check this.

Hi,

Can you try to clear the cache and test and different machines? Other customer with the same problem said it was fine.

Did this get resolved? I have seen all sorts of problems with Internet Explorer and this theme, especially older versions.
