arrow missing on portfolio thumbnails

Hello,

On the page I have some portfolio thumbnails. At mouse over I need to have the arrow as in your example at http://dante.swiftideas.com/portfolio-one-column-standard-style/portfolio-masonry-gallery/

I don’t understand why it’s not appearing, maybe I disabled it from a setting or custom css?

A second thing is about the portfolio title – can I make it display on thumbnail on standard display (before mouse over)?

Our demo site, the portfolio items are set to “link to post”.

Your site, you have set “link to URL”.

1) That is not possible when using the “link to URL”.

2) No, this would not be possible due to the way the HTML is structured and the existing hover CSS.

Please then use Standard or Masonry for the Page Builder Portfolio DISPLAY TYPE, not any Gallery option.

Thank you for your answer. Actually, we don’t like the layout/design of Standard/Masonry but the one from Gallery or Masonry Gallery

What can be wrong in out site and how we can fix it please?

Sorry for the delay (May day back holiday in the UK), please edit the page builder Portfolio asset and change this option to “No” – “EXCERPT HOVER“.

Show the item excerpt on hover, instead of the arrow button. (Gallery/Masonry Gallery only)

You would use this:

.portfolio-items .ss-link:before, 
.portfolio-items .ss-link.right:after {
    content: '▻';
}

On the default state, can I somehow add a different text on each portfolio, which will disappear at mouse over?
