Animations and code aren´t working

Hi,

I know sound strang but when i say the animations are not working is like when i try to use “swiftpagebuilder”
doesn´t work.

I guees is have to be something with my hosting provider becouse I intalled the theme in my lap and is working

So what settings do the host need?
so then i can ask to my hosting provider the settings i need

sorry, i give you the wrong link. the link is

and well you know the admin link is http://pcei.com.mx/wp-admin/

For exemple “swift page builder” is not working. And also the counters and the boxes that appear and things like that. I guess the problem is ralated and is whith my hosting provider’s configuration becouse all works fine in my laptop (my local server)

Check your server logs for these errors and also contact you host support with this question.

Also activate the debug mode in wp-config.php so we can see further info about the error.

The problem only exist when the Rev Slider is active. When it’s active is consuming a lot of memory.
No sure what is you memory settings in wp-config.php, you can try to increase it a litle bit

I left Rev Slider inactive so you can check that the Swift Page builder it’s working without that plugin.

It was a problem with the memory. I tried this before but i guess that i wrote wrongly the code.
