    You need to use the text view in a text block or classic editor and assign an id to an element that is lower down the page. Example:

    1. Link: <a href="#myanchor" rel="nofollow">Jump</a>

    2. Where it should jump to:

    <p id="myanchor">lorem ipsum</p>
