Anchor link does not point in the correct place

Hi there,

I have one anchor link on my website but when I click on it it from the Home page it does not point in the correct place. Why it is not pointing into the spacer where my ID is? It is strange as if I come from another page, for example Portfolio->Services it looks correct.

Yes, I am sorry, here I wanted to post the issue that the link does not go into the right place when clicking from the home page and using the #services only link.

Is there something I can do about it? Or that is how this in page anchor link will work?
