Hello.

Not sure what I’m missing here, but I am unable to see any background previews when editing pages. I see the files in the appropriate folder via FTP. I also notice that the demo files I am modifying do not have the same backgrounds as the flexform site the demo relates to. Although Alt Backgrounds are selected, it’s as if it is not referencing the necessary file.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Not sure how you’re doing this. Are you editing theme files, or are you referring to when you hit “Preview” for a page? If the latter, you need to first save the options and update the page.
