Advice needed! Product image settings for both portrait and landscape images

Hi

I need advice about the correct settings for WooCommerce product images, when you both deal with portrait and landscape images of paintings and illustrations. I haven’t started to upload shop images yet.

I thought I would go with the settings below. Standard size of image would be 1094 x 1094, but this size doesn’t fit the interior mockup image.

I could of course create an image in photoshop with a light gray background with size 1094 x 1094 and put the interior mockup image on top of it.

Do you have a good advice for me?

My settings in WooCommerce.

1094 x 1094

Catalog Images
524 × 524

Single Product Image
547 × 547

Product Thumbnails
150 x 150

– I think this maybe your best option for what you need to use.

Maybe create a sample product to test this further?
