    Hi,

    I am using Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons (GFPA) for configuring products.
    But, with this, I am not able to add products to the cart. After configuring the product, when I add it to the cart, it does not get added. Cart shows empty.

    I tested the same scenario with a twenty eleven theme and it worked fine there.

    Can you please help in fixing this?

    Can you test this after switching AJAX off under Theme Options => WooCommerce Options => Product Options.

    But can you please tell me hows it(i.e. putting AJAX off) going to impact?

    Hi,

    The impact is very minimal. The AJAX add to cart allows a product to be added to the cart without the page refreshing for the user.
