    Hi

    1.  How do I add terms and conditions text onto my check out page without removing the added to cart text (or you have no items in your cart and return to shop button)?  I need to put terms and conditions onto a check out page before payment and also after payment.  I tried to do this using swift page builder on the Cart page but lost the cart.

    2.  Can I add a subscribe button to the top header menu next to cart icon?  I would like my mailchimp subscribe form to be accessible from the main menu on each page?

    Can you provide a screenshot of where you want to add the terms and conditions? I don’t quite understand
