Hey guys a few issues have popped up. listed below:
Twitter Doesn’t work in footer, it just shows a default type of tweet – “M”. It was working for a start and now does not.
How do I allow comments on the product pages?
YouTube icon on the header doesn’t work when I input the username – it just goes to a page on YouTube that state the the channel doesn’t exist. I have tried lots of options to try and get this sorted but nothing seems to work.
the “shops mini product” element displays all sale items and doesn’t display the number of items i choose e.g.3. effectively deeming the “number of items” section not working.
Thanks for all your help,
Ollie
October 4, 2013 at 9:43 am #25264Another issue to the list – The video widget doesn’t work anymore. It was yesterday. Now it doesn’t? The only change to the site I have made is put on an SSL Cert. I’m a bit confused as to why the widgets don’t work, like tweets as above.

October 10, 2013 at 4:01 pm #26180problem for me too (fresh installation):

Sorry for a late reply.
1. For footer widget you need to fill the oAuth details here in Settings -> Twitter Feed Auth
2. The comments are called reviews in the product page. So you can turn on reviews.
3. Set that without the space in username.
4. You mean the “mini arrivals”, “best sellers”, “most loved” are displaying the same posts? But for me it displays different posts. Can you confirm it?
5. I think that is due to https, I forward that point to the developer. Thanks,

3) This is from the following URL format – http://www.youtube.com/user/bbcradio1/
4) This is fixed in the next update, attached.
5) Make sure the URLs you are providing have https:// in front instead of http://
6) Add the following to the custom css box within theme options:
nav .menu ul li > a { min-width: 120px; }
