    I a couple of questions about Cardinal. I have now bought it 5 times (I think) and I love it.

    1. Can I edit the dropcaps typographic feature to increase the size of the dropcap letter (I want it to be huge)?

    2. I am designing my own set of icons, can I add my own icons to the icon list in the shortcodes?

    3. I would like to use webtype fonts instead of google fonts in my Cardinal WordPress site http://www.webtype.com/ , is that possible?

    Webtype say that when I have chosen the font(s) the web fonts and CSS resource code are ready to be added to my site, I am to copy and paste the resource link code into the head section of every page on the website where I would like to use the fonts and then update my font family tags with the new fonts to add the CSS rules to my CSS file.

    Is that possible when using the Cardinal theme?

    Thanks so much,

    Sorel.

    Hi

    1) Add this to your custom css:

    2) This would be very difficult, it would need to be an icon font, and there are quite a few steps to achieve this. Unfortunately it’s not within the scope of our support to be able to provide that functionality as it is more work than a small customisation. While we’d love to be able to support every customisation request, we simply don’t have the time. We recommend that you seek a freelance developer if you need that functionality, potentially from one of the below resources:

    3) You will need to add the code to the header.php before the closing </head> tag. Let me know when you have done that

    Ooops, sorry

    span.dropcap1, span.dropcap2 {
      font-size: 64px;
      padding: 19px 0 10px;
    }
