    Hi!
First of all, I have to say I really like the Theme, and the most I know about it, the most I like it. I’m new here and I have some questions but I’m not sure if this is right place to ask. If it is not, please, excuse me and let me know. My questions are:

1.- After updating yesterday, some white lines with the “>” symbol appeared at the bottom of my pages. Can you correct this?

2.- Can I change the size of the posts in the items in the Masonry blog view? and also, How can I get having 4 columns instead of 3? I have already selected 4 in the Archive/category Options, but nothing change. Do I miss something?

3.- WPML plugin is automatic update couldn’t be installed for some “incompatibility with the theme”, can you help me with this?

4.- I need including an events calendar in the web. I have tried Al-in-one, but it doesn’t work with flexform, can you recomend one?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there,

    1) Can you provide a link to show us this?

    2) That select is only for the portfolio archive, it’s not possible for the blog posts as they contain more information.

    3) Haven’t seen this before, can you give us some more details?

    4) Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with events calendars, are there any others you could try? What didn’t work?

    Thanks,

    – Ed

For a Calandar, I use “The Events Calendar” plugin. It works very well 🙂

    Hi there,

I do have the same problem (problem No. 1) like wwiderock. I installed your theme on 2 websites (with 2 licenses) and after updating from 1.3 to 1.4 (and also to 1.4.1) there is this problem with the > at the bottom on both sites. Also in one widget I do have another font now. You can check on this page: http://www.foodfreaks.ch/specialaccess. Then click Freaks (blog section).

    Thanks
    Christian

    Hi all!

Ed, I’m not sure if you got the mail I sent yesterday, maybe not.

The link to the web is http://www.worldwiderock.net. You will see there is only a blog page published, it is because I’m trying to fix everything before publish it completly. (And you will see too what I told about the sizes of the items in masonry blog). In the bottom of the page you will see the ‘>’ symbols.

After the upload this morning, I notice a few things changed, and I got again the language selector positioned on the header menu, but the rest of the things are the same, but seems the problems with the plugins instalation is not only for WPML, now I found it also for the Events Calendar, and I’m affraid of trying others for the carousel :(.

About the WPML plugin, they send the upload link, and when I try it, I get a message saying that the update pack is not avaliable.

Trophias, thank you for your recomendation. I have installed it, but it doesn’t work. I could add the link at the header menu by adding the link, but I can’t edit the calendar page in anyway, (changing title, for example), because it doesn’t appear in the pages lists and the theme doesn’t give me access to. Do you know some way to do that? Thank you 🙂

Thank you all for your help!

@foodfreaks – can’t see this issue on your site?

    @wwiderock
    – It seems as though the spanish translation file may be corrupted.. Can you try removing the languages from /flexform/languages and see if that resolves the issue?

If the WPML update link doesn’t work, I’d ask them about that.

    Hi Ed,
I have just tried that files, changing them by ftp, but it didn’t work. 🙁

The calendar plugin doesn’t also work, and even the view in the ‘Flexform-style’ that this morning worked, now shows nothing.

And the ‘>’ are still there.

Sorry for so many troubles, 🙁

Thank you very much for your help.

Regarding the ‘>’, Can you try disabling WPML? Trying to narrow this down.

    Hi Ed,

I have just removed the WPML plugin. Now I have some things written in spanish, and some in english, (you can see it on the page), and there is no place to fix the language on the settings. As well, in the dashboard, in the list of posts, the titles in the columns are:

Titulo – Autor – Categories – Tags – (coments icon) – Relaciones entre empleados

Last one has no sense. What’s going wrong? I’m really worried now, 🙁

The good thing is that the calendar can be seen in the general ‘flexform-style’, but it still can’t be edited.

Thank you for your help, I really need it!!

    Hi there,
I am experiencing a lot of issues, too.

    1. Blog archive (categories) produce an error (see attachment)
    2. Charts don’t work any longer
    3. Accordions are broken.
    4. Individual menues: google font doesn’t work on blog pages

And I have the feeling, there are much more.
    It’s really a pitty.
Do you really have an idea, how to resolve the problems?

    Thanks in advance
    Christina

    Hi Ed,

The problem with the > must have something to do with pagination. It appears only on the page where the blog is integrated, the other pages are fine. If I enable the blog on a page with pagination I can see the > symbols. If I switch the pagination out, it is fine. I also checked with portfolio. Same problem: if pagination is on I can see the problem with >.

There is another problem with pagination. The sidebar font is Times new Roman when pagination is on, when pagination is of the font is like the standard font in the theme.

    Cheers
    Christian

It’s a petty to say it, but that’s what i was mentioned before in another thread. They think it was unfair to say so, but that’s the true. The problems with the theme is just going to be bigger and bigger after each update, and i’m not going to update the theme to version 1.4.1 for sure.

Now we probably can’t expect any support at the weekend, even if many of us are in big trouble. Let us wait and see if they can solve this problem, which has going to be very big now, because otherwise this theme can be really great and it’s hard to leave it. But the question is whether to continue working with the theme or perhaps even already changing.

@vetpeter – Please update to v1.4.2, apologies for the issues, but we have fixed them in the latest update. This includes the blog/accordion issues. The charts/google font issue likely isn’t a problem with the theme as they work here and we haven’t changed anything to do with them. Please can you log a seperate topic for this, with a link/more details? Thanks.

    @wwiderock
    – Does the arrow issue still occur with WPML disabled? The last one is related articles. What are you worried about?.. Please log another ticket with a link/details for this calendar so that we can take a look. As it’s a 3rd party plugin we can’t guarantee compatibility.

    @foodfreaks
    – Have you tried the updated spanish translation file? I couldn’t see it on your site? Can you provide a direct link. Have tested this here and can’t replicate as of yet.

    – Ed
