  Hello,

  This is our second Swift theme that we have purchased. We also have Dante running on another site. Pinpoint appears to upload successfully, however when we try to activate the theme we are getting a Server Error 500. When you try to go back to Themes you get the Server Error 500 again. They only way to stop that is to delete the theme.

  To try and resolve the issue we even deleted all pages that we built on previous themes.

  We have loaded the theme but we haven’t tried to activate it so that you can take a look and let us know how to resolve the issue.

  Unfortunately, we are hosting on our in house server. What should I have our IT team look for/change?

  This will depend on your setup, it’s not something I can recommend unfortunately – they should start by looking at the server error logs.
