  I get this when I try to activate one of the Woo Commerce Plug Ins

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_woocommerce_active() in /home/sanimist/public_html/sanamist.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-authorize-net-cim/woocommerce-gateway-authorize-net-cim.php on line 34

  And this with another of their plug ins

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_woocommerce_active() in /home/sanimist/public_html/sanamist.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-shipping-ups/shipping-ups.php on line 63

  How do I fix this. Woo says it’s theme related. I have disabled all plug ins that are non-recommended as well as caching.

  Hi there,

  I can’t see any reason why this would be an issue with the theme. Can I recommend you try and deactivate WooCommerce, then activate the plugin, then re-activate WooCommerce.

  I tried deactivating all plug ins besides the ones listed and still get a fatal error.

  Did you try deactivating all the plugins, then activating those first, then the WooCommerce plugin?

  Hmm.. Are all the plugins up to date?

  This definitely isn’t an issue with the theme, as the error is that the WooCommerce function is undefined..
