I am looking for the same element, but I can not find “row” as well.
I want to show some extra content for mobile and I think I can do that with rows but i dont see them. Any help would be great. Thanks, Phil 🙂

I figued out that it was the visual composer who made the trouble. I deleted it and now the swift page builder works fine again.
