I tried with brand new installation with no plugins. As I said with other theme ENFOLD it works fine, I can see the category names in Urdu perfectly fine. WordPress Database is set to utf8 as well.

Any update on my issue? I tried changing the theme to other WMPL supported no issues, please update me why in the page builder categories are coming as characters %D9%82%D8%B1%DB%8

No Kyle, isnt the issue with unicode utf8 with the plugin?. In wp-config it is set to UTF8

One problem is solved, however in FireFox Auroa the icon boxes are flipped. kindly check it

I think it is the problem with .row
I have added
.row{
margin-right: 0px;
margin-left: 0px;}

It worked but not sure it it would distract with other coding..need developer’s consent?

Wordpress and Theme has latest updates.

1.Adding that causes problem for the bottom Promo Bar
2. Now the heading in portfolio layout and page layout is different you can see in the example below the top heading

Kindly explain what is causing this problem, I have even replaced all CSS files manually but still no results

No I have not, the changes u mentioned earlier for portfolio shown with modified date is also reverted back after theme update.
