My version is 1.82 and I see no updates available…
Can you help me too?Thanks!

Hi Ed,
thanks! The version of your last post here seems to work better. I could upload an .otf file and all font type version were converted.
But I couldn’t choose the new font in the font list. Maybe there is an error because I uploaded my font manually via ftp to the redux upload folder. Don’t know I have not tested yet…But now I have updated to your new theme version 1.72 and swift framework 1.62. Now I have the problem with the font converting again.
Can upload but I cet an error with the converting.See here:
Error: C: . Unable to decompress compiled font file(s). The only file(s) imported were those uploaded. Please refresh the page to continue (making note of any errors before doing so, please). Thanks for help!
– DanThis reply has been marked as private.I just found out, that it not works with “otf” font files.
If I upload a “ttf” file it shows me the blue icons of “ttf, woff, eot”.
But the files in the upload folder are only woff and eot. The ttf is missing. And in the pulldown menu I dont find the new uploaded font. Can not set it.

Hi Ed,
after refresh I see the font in the panel, but only with the blue icon “otf”.
The other icons “svg, eot, woff, ttf” I don’t see.And in the upload folder: “wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/…” I see a new folder with the font name, but there are no files inside.

Hi Ed, thanks!
Just replaced the folder…
After I see the message that I should check the uploads folder permissions. –> See screenshot 1
I have checked it. Now the uploads folder has 755.I tried to add a font… Its working for a while… But after I get an error. Can not convert the font… –> See screenshot 2
Hmmm
Have you already tested?

Hi Ed,
thanks for help.
Now it works with custom css, but ONLY on the “HOME” page.
On every “subpage” it doesn’t work and shows Times New Roman. Why it only works on the “home” page? Any idea?
I used the following custom css code:
/* BODY FONT */ body,p { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } #logo h1 { font-family: "panton-extralight" !important; } /* HEADING FONT */ h1, .impact-text,.impact-text-large { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } h2,.blog-item .quote-excerpt { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } h3 { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } h4 { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } h5 { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } h6 { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } /* MENU FONT */ #main-nav, #header nav, #vertical-nav nav, .header-9#header-section #main-nav, #overlay-menu nav, #mobile-menu, #one-page-nav li .hover-caption { font-family: "panton-light" !important; } @font-face { font-family: 'panton-light'; src: url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light/panton-light-webfont.eot'); src: url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light/panton-light-webfont.eot?#iefix') format('embedded-opentype'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light/panton-light-webfont.woff2') format('woff2'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light/panton-light-webfont.woff') format('woff'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light/panton-light-webfont.ttf') format('truetype'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light/panton-light-webfont.svg#panton-light') format('svg'); font-weight: 300; font-style: normal; } @font-face { font-family: 'panton-extralight'; src: url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-extralight/panton-extralight-webfont.eot'); src: url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-extralight/panton-extralight-webfont.eot?#iefix') format('embedded-opentype'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-extralight/panton-extralight-webfont.woff2') format('woff2'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-extralight/panton-extralight-webfont.woff') format('woff'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-extralight/panton-extralight-webfont.ttf') format('truetype'), url('wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-extralight/panton-extralight-webfont.svg#panton-extralight') format('svg'); font-weight: 200; font-style: normal; }

The original font file was an .otf
I made the web font files with fontsquirrel.com in .ttf .woff .woff2 .eot .svgI uploaded the 5 font files in uploads/redux/custom-fonts/panton/panton-light
Do you have an idea?
Do I need a css-file?This reply has been marked as private.Hey!
I had the same problem. But now I have come a bit further.
You need to add two subfolders in the custom-fonts folder.
e.g. wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/visby/visby-light/ … fontfiles .eot. ttf …Now I can select the custom font in the admin panel. And I see the different types of fonts that I have uploaded.
But now I have the next problem. I can select… but it is not shown the letters of my custom font, but now I see the letters of Arial font every time. Somehow the letters of my custom font are not displayed right. I the frontend I see the Times font.
Any ideas?
Do I need to upload a css file? Thanks for help!
