Thanks for getting back to me.
Could you please advise when the official auto update will be released? If the release is coming up soon, I’d prefer to wait for that. Otherwise, I will have to look into getting a dev site developed as per your suggestion.
Thanks again.
Best Regards,

Instead of overwriting the existing files, I have renamed the existing files and uploaded the fixed version to test.
The fixed version, http://d.pr/f/19qsr/62UCYYxs did not fix the ‘Products elements’ issues I am experiencing. As the fixed version applied changes to the overall design of my website, I have reverted back to the existing theme files. One thing I have noticed is that on this existing files, error occurs only on some pages.
For instance, this page looks perfectly fine:
https://wtfwtf.com.au/home/home/bamboo-silk-socks/shade-of-grey-1-pair/However, errors are evident on this page:
https://wtfwtf.com.au/home/home/bamboo-silk-print/wild-horse-print-t-shirt/Spacing below ‘YOU MAY ALSO LIKE’ and again below ‘RELATED PRODUCTS’
I am very happy with the theme, except for these errors. Could you please kindly look into this to resolve it?
Thanks again!November 4, 2015 at 2:00 am in reply to: Error with "PRODUCTS" on Neighborhood Theme following recent Update #225613This reply has been marked as private.November 3, 2015 at 11:52 am in reply to: Error with "PRODUCTS" on Neighborhood Theme following recent Update #225360Please HELP!

Thanks for getting back to me.
I have tried disabling every plugin except Woocommerce.
Unfortunately, this spacing error with PRODUCTS elements still exist…Everything looked perfect just a few days ago – so this is very frustrating…!
Please kindly look into this. Thanks again.

2. Checkout Section – SIZE attributes do not line up, and the placeholders for the Credit Card Payment doesn’t show up completely.
3. Font Size Options – Could you please give me exact Font Size Options of the Neighborhood Demo Content? My URL is https://wtfwtf.com.au

Are you currently working on this issue in my wordpress account now?
The Woocommerce options under the Neighbourhood Theme Options has been stripped off; Woocommerce options and Shortcodes are now blank. I am wondering whether this is occurring because you are fixing my Shopping Bag/Cart issues or whether it’s another issue I need to worry about….!
Cheers
Hi David,
Thanks for your swift response.
How do you add screenshots here? Sorry, I can’t seem to figure it out… 🙂Here is my URL; https://wtfwtf.com.au
Please see the Cart Totals Section and the Checkout/Payment Section. Thank you!
October 21, 2015 at 12:02 pm in reply to: Removing a Sidebar widget accidentally added to Theme Appearance > Customizer #222168Hi Mohammad,
I am so sorry to have confused you – I have been trying all sorts of things in an attempt to fix this issue.
Right now, when I go directly to the website, or “Visit Site” from the WordPress Dashboard, my URL takes me to this INCORRECT Post/Blog Page (Showing full page blog post). I need the Homepage (with Video, and Products) which is an exact copy of the ‘Home’MENU Page.
1. YES!
Please kindly show my Homepage (with Video, and Products) on https://wtfwtf.com.au.
Please allow the URL, wtfwtf.com.au to show this Homepage.
Please allow Click of the Page Header/Logo Button to show this Homepage.
Please allow the ‘Home’ page from the MENU bar to show this Homepage. Thanks so much for all your help, Mohammad – It is truly appreciated!
Kind Regards,
