Clearing the cash did not work. What should I do now? Please see in the screen shot below for what the footer labels look like now.

This issue is the CSS fix you stated above fixes the button issue but then causes a secondary problem with the footer titles. It seems like before the CSS fix some portion of the footer was overlapping over the button at the bottom of the page.

Hi David,

This issue happens when I edit the page, scroll down to the “meta options” section, uncheck the “show page title” box (see attachment).

I don’t want the title to show. I want the menu to be located just above the start of the white boxed content. How do I do that?

Here a few pages where I have unchecked the box and now the pages look messed up.

I am still seeing the ability for people to leave comments even through I followed your instructions: “3) Go to Settings > Discussion and disable comments”. Please see screen shot. Can you please help?
