The coding you suggested didn’t work. Could you please suggest some other coding?

What I am trying to do is put is put the words “RETURN TO TOP OF PAGE” above the bold black line. Currently you will see on each page the words are under the black line. Ex. http://www.spottingcancer.org/cancer-screening-and-testing/
