Hi I tried this a few times in my custom css. It still did not work.

I updated the theme, plugin, cleared the cache and cleared my browser. Still have the same scroll bar issue.

I’ve now pushed my staging to production, so it is happening on my live site now:

The new update did not affect the issues with the full width page or the spacing issues I am having.

I have this same issue on multiple pages i.e. spacing issues in rows with images and text. Only corrects itself after re-loading. I don’t understand your last reply that says set the content position to the top. Plus, this happens on many of my pages (not all) and many different rows. I don’t want to have to go in to each page and row to fix.

I have not done the latest update either because the width of the pages went to full width with no padding and I don’t know how to fix. Please don’t tell me that I have to go into each page and adjust the row width of each page.
