Thanks Rui, I’ve done that now. How odd that the the new version didn’t show on the updates page because I’ve had a child theme for ages and it always showed available updates before.
I’ve only just seen that there is an update to the Additional Variation Images plugin as well, which looks like it might address this bug too (https://dzv365zjfbd8v.cloudfront.net/changelogs/woocommerce-additional-variation-images/changelog.txt). Just FYI, @jfirth8.
I will let you know if the issue still persists after those updates.
The update is still not available in the WP dashboard. Could you let us know when it will be, or give me some quick advice on how to update the theme manually with the ZIP from ThemeForest?
Getting a bit desperate with the product variation images not showing. Thanks!
I was hoping that the new update might address this. Silly question: I tried to update the theme with the ThemeForest ZIP via Appearance -> Theme -> ‘Add new’, but obviously that’s not the way to do it? Do I need to FTP the new files to overwrite the old version?
This is a helpful fix, but the bigger issue is that the single product detail view has changed quite considerably in Woocommerce 3.0:
-The scaling of thumbnails is different
-There is the above mentioned thin border on the right and bottom sides of all product images
-Worst of all, none of the relevant settings in the Theme Options make any difference. For example, we can’t change the zoom setting at all – it just stays the same (zoom/inner), whichever option I choose: https://www.dropbox.com/s/26ni2gn4f3ivbid/Screenshot%202017-04-05%2017.31.51.png?dl=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/dt328lxoh55tfjc/Screenshot%202017-04-05%2017.31.02.png?dl=0I realise that this has been a change forced onto you by Woo, but it’s had a pretty big effect on your theme. Is there anything you can do about it?
Thanks.

Hi Ed,
That would be great. I see that there is an ‘official’ thread for Uplift to add feature requests. Is there one for Atelier too?I realise that this is an ancient topic, but has this ever been implemented? I would really like to be able to set a specific Page Display Type as default for all newly created products, but I can’t see an option to do so?
Thanks for the CSS to override the transition time.
If it’s not for this purpose, what is the “Slideshow Speed (ms)” setting for then, just so that we know for future reference?
I’ve sent the login privately. The page in question is the front page (“It starts with a wall”).
Just so that I get this right: The Slider Animation Speed should be the time it takes to transition from one slide to the next, right? Not the time while each slide is visible. That is (slightly confusingly) called “Swift Slider Autoplay” in the page meta options and “Slideshow Speed (ms)” in the Theme Options.
On that page Swift Slider Autoplay is set to 10000, which is working correctly, ie the slides stay static for 10 seconds. But the Slider Animation Speed is set to 0, which would suggest there is no fading at all and the next slide immediately appears once the 10 seconds are over.

I checked again and now realise that it’s not strictly speaking the parallax movement that’s the problem, but the styling of the content inside the SPB parallax elements. The text blocks just get squashed and some of the content gets hidden underneath the layers of parallax elements (see screenshot).
So I suppose I need a solution to make the content inside the parallax layer better formatted when the screen width breakpoints are activated. Does that make sense?
