This: “If you don’t see that box, go to Screen Options at the very top of the screen, click the down arrow, and make sure Discussion is checked.”, did the trick!
See the screenshots. This is a blogpost, and I turned off the options to post a reaction. I thought this was also possible with every blogpost individualy?
