Mohammad – thanks again for the assist. I’ve uploaded all js files from the theme js folder. Unfortunately the counters were still not appearing so I re-uploaded the entire theme. Still no luck. Thoughts?
This reply has been marked as private.Mohammad – thanks so much for the response. I have an issue with being able to accomplish this. I purchased the theme on ThemeForest but any time I download the theme from that source I’m only able to get version 2.4.1. This is a problem because I upgraded to version 2.4.2 directly via the theme update feature of WordPress. Is there a way I can download the latest version of the theme? Am I missing something in ThemeForest? Thanks again! -Paul
Mohammed – thanks for the reply but please see my prior follow up message. Thanks. -Paul
It seems to be working now. I deactivated all plugins and the pages returned. Then when I reactivated the plugins in stages, the pages still remained. Any thoughts on how that could be?
Bump. I really need to resolve this issue asap. Thanks in advance!
The Swift Framework is not in that Install Plugins list – I did make sure the “All” list was displayed. Can you send me a zip of the latest version of that plugin?
Mohammed, thanks for the assist. When I click “Check for Updates”, I get the message “This plugin is up to date.” Yet when I visit the plugin site, I can see version 1.75 is available. Why doesn’t the plugin display as needing an update? Where can I download the latest version of this plugin?
Swift Framework version 1.66.
January 8, 2016 at 5:16 pm in reply to: Fullscreen video button shortcode doesn't support timestamp forwarding #239200Mohammed – thanks for the assist! This function does work a treat – but for any future users out there, the code was a missing ; on line 18. Might this get added to the base Cardinal theme going forward?
December 14, 2015 at 10:48 pm in reply to: Only small letters in swift page builder (like accordion, tabs) #235439I’m having this same issue. Entering capital letters within Accordion section titles get converted to lowercase. I don’t mean stylistically – the actual content is converted by the system in the admin area as lowercase. I have temporarily fixed this for the front end view with css but this is kludgy. Please fix this in the next theme release. I’m using version 3.17. Thanks.
David – I would have thought that the theme set css would be max-height: 7d5px; Since that is what is insinuated by the Logo Options > Logo Max Height. -Paul
David – that worked, thanks. Any idea how this bonked? I haven’t had this issue with Cardinal before. -Paul
Thanks for the assist Kyle. Unfortunately the css didn’t seem to work. I hope a css approach is just a stop gap until a theme fix can be released. I think the theme should get this right. Please advise. -Paul
