Hi Rui, as i mentioned, i deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache and looked if a menu appeared, but i did not. BTW, when i enable the Top Bar in the Header Options, then the menu appears (but at the very top of the page, of course).
i have updated the theme, but the problem with the carousel stil exists. =(
