Hi Kyle,
I was trying to do the same thing in Dante, that is, to show breadcrumbs but not the actual page title. I’m trying to do it on a product page. Were you talking about the “page heading meta” section? I can’t seem to achieve this using the options there.
Or if anyone else knows how to do this, please let me know
Many thanks!
HeatherYup, totally obvious. Sorry I couldn’t find it myself & thanks! 🙂
Hi, can you please tell me where in the theme options I can edit the overlay opacity? I can’t find it–lol. Sorry, I’m sure it’s probably somewhere totally obvious…
November 5, 2014 at 7:08 pm in reply to: General Question about Portfolio Items & Theme Switch #125986Just an update, I actually subsequently found more information about this and it appears for a small site like mine, custom posts / portfolio items are a better choice. There is no SEO difference, and the user-friendliness of your portfolio design is worth the hassle of switching.
Note, this may not apply to a very large site.
Here’s the thread on google+

October 28, 2014 at 9:23 pm in reply to: General Question about Portfolio Items & Theme Switch #123837I seem to be solving my own problem, but that’s alright. I can’t find a place to delete or edit the original post, so I have to reply.
The more I read about Posts vs. Pages, the more I think I should keep my existing gallery as pages, rather than migrate them as posts. So I guess what I need to do is to have someone build me a page template that mimics a portfolio item.

Can anyone offer resources on migrating pages to posts for this? Is it possible to do without changing the permalink urls?
