I was thinking of getting it to work with Gravity forms but what is the Query string for the email that your theme pulls when people become members?

Thanks for pointing me in the correct direction. that ended up fixing it. I was only looking in settings. not under widgets.

keys are not wrong. is there someone i can clear it out and start fresh?
I regenerated different api keys. I also deactivated the tool and deleted and reinstalled it. Right now both the the theme and the plugin are fully upgraded.

I have no idea why the fix stopped working but there is no @ symbol in front of the name and it is still pulling the wrong one. I downloaded 2.1.4 and that didn’t fix it.
