Sorry there was a typo on the admin login, user name is : support2 and same password

If its just a simple folder edit in FTP, I should have a problem doing that if you would be able to let me know the path of what to change?

Do you have a step by step process on how to fix this issue? I see they resolved it above, but unsure how to make that change. Running into the same problem after an update.
