ok, I’ve disabled all non-required plugins for you. Also, it’s just a staging site, so you can play with it however you want. When you’re done, I’ll just overwrite it again with a new copy of the live site, hopefully after making the required repairs!
ok – do you have an in-house plugin/solution for adding extra fields?
secondly, do you have a plugin/solution that allows Ajax add to cart for Variable products, not just single?
Hi,
I also had this problem. But I also tested it again WooCommerce’s own WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin. Is a WooCommerce plugin considered “3rd Party”.
I know this is a complex issue, but to revert back to a non-ajax cart experience is not too appealing to me. What are your thoughts?
Mark
Ok, I will see what they say about it. Thank you very much for your time!
I tried the download plugin you gave. Same problem. Also same with version 1.77. This problem was also with WordPress 4.2 and Woocommerce 2.4.
Hi Mohammad –
I’m a bit confused. The problem is still showing when not logged in at http://uul.staging.wpengine.com/.
Can you please explain how the plugin you sent will change that?
Is that plugin actually installed now at http://uul.staging.wpengine.com/?
Thanks so much for helping. It’s really a big deal as I’m launching something crucial this week.
One of the odd things about this is that the problem doesn’t show if you’re logged into WP as Admin. It only appears when you log out. Have you seen that? The problem is still there for me visiting the site while logged out.
Are you sure you’re testing the site at http://uul.staging.wpengine.com/ – this is the staging site I gave you access to.
At the live site, http://urbanultralight.com, the Google Analytics plugin is disabled.
When I go to http://uul.staging.wpengine.com/, I’m still seeing the problem.
Hi Mohammed,
Can you please tell me what you did so I can replicate on the live site?
Actually, I’m not seeing it as fixed in my browsers, and this staging site is not cached, but I believe you just the same. If I can see your steps, I should be able to understand and achieve the same result.
Mark
Also, I just tested with only the bare minimum of plugins installed –
Swift Framework
Woocommerce
Woocommerce Google Analytics IntegrationThis is a staging site, so feel free to dive in! For the live site, I’ve just left everything off.
Shopping site for people who like to shop and commute by bike and on foot:
Thanks!
For now, I found a good all in one YouTube player. By putting it in a text box, I can get responsive, no relative videos, and in general whatever I want just from the simple share link.
youtube-embed-plus plugin
I know your player aims to satisfy a whole range of video sources, but it seems that it doesn’t do the one thing that matters most to me which is make it easy to embed responsive YouTube and customize with the features offered by Google.
My workaround will be fine for text boxes, but it doesn’t solve the problem of the full screen video popup – for now, not sure I need that, but when tested, that also didn’t work properly – only worked with one type of link and didn’t allow for the rel=0 setting.
PS – just updated to Woocommerce 2.4 and it says several Atelier pages are out of date. Everything seems to be working fine, but just thought I’d let you know…
Thanks for your effort and for being there!!
Cheers,
MarkI put the function in my child theme. This didn’t work right.
If you look here, you’ll see:
http://urbanultralight.com/test/Also, if you look inside the page, you’ll see that I used this link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMwnbgbILMAbut that link was transformed by the player somehow in the code that incorrectly shows up on the web page.
