Okay, I have noticed when looking through your forums that a lot of people are having issues with certain elements not working right on Internet Explorer. I’m curious what you all are doing to resolve this issue?
Yeah, the thing is it only seems to happen to certain clients using Internet Explorer. Because there are some that see it just fine on their Internet Explorer. Are you able to see the information in all the other tabs? I will let the clients know to clear their cache. But is there a reason it works for some Internet Explorer users but not others?
This reply has been marked as private. For some reason this code is not working. I even put it at the top of the css box but the menu text still doesn’t move. I am doing something wrong?
Yeah thats how I see it on my phone as well. But I want the menu text to line up with the logo. I have other @media css codes and they work even though I am not in responsive mode. Are you sure there is no @media css code I can put in to add padding to the left of the text?
I put the code at the top of the custom css box but the image is still showing up a second before the video starts and the image still isn’t showing up on mobile view.
Oh sorry I forgot to mention that we are testing out the css code you gave us for this on our testing site which isn’t the live site. That is where I put the code above.
So take a look at http://www.tsihealthcare.com/maintesting on your phone and you should see that the headers are centered and larger but are still not touching the edges.
Yes we have responsive mode disabled, which is what we want. But when I look at the website on my phone or tablet the text in the menu does not line up with the logo. It is slightly to the right of the logo. Is there a @media css code that can help me fix the padding of the menu text just on the mobile/tablet view. It looks correct on the desktop so I don’t want to mess with that.
I have attached a screenshot of the mobile view from my phone and you can see the menu text is slightly to the right of the logo and I would like to get the text to line up with the logo.Attachments:

Okay that worked in making the headers larger and centered. But they still don’t reach the edge of the mobile view. Is there something that can be tweaked to get it to touch the edges? See attached screenshot

Okay, I added it back. As you can see, you can still see the image on desktop right before the video appears and now the image doesn’t show up on mobile.
I copied that whole css code that you posted. Is that what you mean by media query?
That code did not work. You can still see the image on desktop for a split second and now you can’t see the image at all on mobile. But I did notice in the code you said ‘none’ after background image, I think that is taking the image off mobile view. Which we don’t want. We just want the image to stop showing up on the desktop view, because that is where we have the video.
Yes that worked! Thank you so much. I really needed this help! I will wait to see what the developer says about those layersliders.
