oh, yes I see that in the text editor, but does that code mess with the line spacing between each bulleted item. Because that code is there for the two bullet sentences that I wanted to indent over. But I am refering to the space under each bulleted line. I have attached a photo showing you the space I am talking about just to make sure we’re both on the same page. The red rectangles are the space I would like to have control over, because when I make the text H4 it adds this whole line space.

.sf-list {
text-indent: -0.7em;
}
ul {
list-style-position: outside !important;
}Would that be adding a line space between each bulleted point?
No we’re not using a plugin, I’ve been doing my permalinks through wordpress. I’m not complaining about how the permalink looks because that first link is our current URL. The page is addons and population health is the anchor point of the one page navigation on that page.
My question is: Is there a way to not show the page part of the URL and just have the anchor point, on that page, come after tsihealthcare.com. Does that make sense?
Basically on this URL:
I wanna get rid of the addons part (which is the page) and just have the population health anchor point show.yes that worked! Thanks!
Would the fact that they are in accordion tabs have anything to do with them not working right?
For some reason this code isn’t working either. It’s just weird that the bulleted list option looks weird on this page when it works fine on other pages.
This reply has been marked as private.I put this css code in but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. I even changed the numbers next to padding and margin. The first sentence still seems to be overlapping the bullet.
Yeah I have selected the option to not index on the pages we want a week or two ago. I did read up that sometimes you have to force Google to recrawl your website for them to see that you made changes to that. Would you say that is my best bet right now for getting them to reindex our website?
We have that plugin already and I have set the setting to not index those specific pages but it does not appear to be doing anything. Those pages still appear in google search results. Which is why I searched for another solution, and found a meta tag from google. The meta tag is <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex”> and they say that it needs to go in the <head> section of each page.
Now I know this may be out of your job parameters, but I just need you to point me in the right direction and then I can figure it out from there.
Forgot to attach the screenshot here it is.

I have attached a screenshot of the layerslider settings, maybe there is something extra I can type in to fix it. If you don’t see anything I will try adding the slider to the page meta options.
So clearing the cache and changing the compatibility mode worked for those clients that were having problems. But we feel like this isn’t an acceptable resolution, because none of our clients had to do any of this on our previous website, which was made in wordpress.
Is there a way to find out which internet browser version you designed your website for? Because I researched a little, and I came across an article that said your website may have been designed for an older version of internet explorer.
Also can you forward these messages to Ed, the developer, because I would like to hear his input on this as well.
Yes, I see it fine on my computer but I am using Firefox. However my supervisor uses Internet Explorer and she see everything fine. Do you have any suggestions on what may be wrong with certain clients not seeing it correctly? Could it be something wrong with their computer or their Internet Explorer? I just want to know what I should tell them to do to try and fix this issue.
Okay, whats the next step in finding out if this is a theme issue or just a client’s computer issue? How do you determine if it is an issue with the theme or the internet browser? If anyone else has a suggestion as well, I am open to anyone chiming in.
