I also have confirmation now that ALL users on this domain can not see the news list (fréttir) on the frontpage. I have never had a problem like this, any suggestions ?

This is still a problem. Attached is a screenshot, Google Chrome on the left and Internet Explorer on the right. Also a screenshot of the browser versions attached.

Yes you are right, the domain is also for the whole municipality here and I have confirmation from other users at the main office that everything is fine on the site now. Still waiting to hear from the assistant principal from the school about this. If he clears things up we have this resolved 🙂

Everything is ok when I view the site but like I said this only happens to some users who are on the school domain. I updated the theme after I started the support ticket so I’m waiting for confirmation from my client about this. I thought I had the latest version but I was wrong so I updated everything.

Hi. I’m not using a child theme and I know the updates I make are overwritten when I update the theme.

The thing is I did not make any changes to the theme file. The PHP code I’m using is set up through this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/php-code-for-posts/ and then I insert a shortcode for the PHP code in the theme. But its not working on this page and like I said I have tested this on another site with another template and the code works there.

    Hello again

The solution I managed to set up is no longer working and I can’t figure out why. The PHP code is working on another site so I know there is no error in the code but the future posts are not showing up on the frontpage.
I have updated the theme to the latest version and tried to use the code block in the Swift Page Builder but that is still not working.
Any chance you guys can help me with this ?

One more thing though I would like to know if possible. Can I move the dates for the posts to the top of the post ? As you can see on the frontpage the dates are below the text…

I managed to fix this by setting up PHP code for posts plugin and using the shortcode to display this on the site.

No errors, you can see how the code appears on http://www.barnaskolinn.is on the right (red letters).

You mean like it is on the site now ? I removed <?php and ?> but it’s not working.
