Im sorry I cant find where to add this CSS, if I go to Appearance > Themes there is no where to add this?

Ok thankyou. Just a few more things. How can I remove the breadcrums from this page and the individual blog pages. Also I want it to display the actualy blog text on that page too. Not just a link to read more. Is this possible?

I can’t seem to make this work, there is no way to add text below the image. Also I cannot find the red circles either?
